Abstract
Summary: In the organs of a 27 year old man who had died suddenly with prior symptoms of an acute intoxication (nausea, vomiting, loss of consciousness and convulsions), approximately 4 gm of chloroquine were detected, calculated on the basis of total weight of soft tissue. The concentration of the substance was particularly high in the liver.
Zusammenfassung: In den Organen eines 27jährigen Mannes, der unter akuten Intoxikationszeichen (übelkeit, Erbrechen, Bewu\tlosigkeit, Krämpfe) plötzlich verstorben war, fanden sich auf das Gesamtgewicht der Weichteile berechnet etwa 4 g Chloroquin. Besonders hoch war dabei die Wirkstoffkonzentration in der Leber.
